Joe Ira got in touch with us for developing an app that connects pubs with pub goers. It helps users search for pubs that are in close vicinity and also helps them with their drinks and food orders once they are at the chosen pub. The pubs, on the other hand, are able to display promotional offers on the app to attract more customers.

Challenge

Joe had already purchased the POS code before approaching us for this project. When we reviewed the code we found it was not suitable for developing the app that he had envisioned.

Insight

A minimum viable product needed to be built to ensure that the final product delivers the solutions it was created for.

Solution

Creating a model from scratch without using that code was the best and most cost effective way of creating a minimum viable product that could be tested for gaining feedback from the market.
